Hilary Alexander has been the sole producer of Camp Hollywood since its humble beginnings in 1998. A dedicated vintage clothing, music & dance enthusiast since the '80s, Hilary is pleased to bring LA's unique Lindy style to the world, as well as help to bring forward some of the legendary Hollywood Lindy hoppers who made this all possible. A firm believer that competition brings excitement and enthusiasm to any scene, she started the National Jitterbug Championships in 2001 to provide the west coast with its first national title for Lindy and related dances. As well as handling all the details of the Camp & Championships, she also single-handedly edits each year's video tapes. She wants to thank everyone for their love & support over the past few years, and hopes to continue spreading the joy of the jitterbug for many years to come! |
